3. To consider minutes of the previous meetings ….17^th May 2022.

 

4. To note the status of Resolutions passed at the meeting dated 17^th May 2022

 

5. Presentation on Barley Knapp

 

6. Open Session
   • To receive a briefing from West Mercia Police
   • To receive a brief verbal report from Ward Councillor Jennie Hewitt.
   • To receive views of local residents on parish matters

 

7. Footpaths – To receive an update on any current issues to include feedback from the Footpath Officers.

 

8. Planning
   • To comment on applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council. No planning applications have been received since the last meeting.
   • To consider recent correspondence from Herefordshire Council concerning the allocation of Section 106 monies (89 house development)

 

9. Finance
   • To note current bank balance
   • To consider outstanding payments within budget allocation
   • To note the Internal Audit Report 2021/22
   • To approve Section 1 – Annual Governance Statement 2021/22.
   • To approve Section 2 – Accounting Statement 2021/22
   • Financial Monitoring 2022/23
   • To approve the bank mandate updating the signatories on the bank account.
   • To receive an update on income accrued during the Platinum Jubilee and consider the procurement of a bench[s].

 

10. Future Parish Council Objectives – To provide an overview of progress since the last meeting plus feedback from the following workstreams:
    • Traffic – To receive an update on the installation of village gates and consider next

steps

• Drainage
• Facilities – To receive an update on the future use of |IT facilities in the village hall.
  • To provide an update on the proposed installation of gym equipment in the Recreation ground.
  • To receive an update on the proposed deployment  of dog signs.
  • To review the recent performance of Countrywide Maintenance Ltd

11. John Smith’s Charity – To receive details of a proposal/request from John Smith’s Charity.

 

12. Clerk Correspondence.

 

13. Summer Newsletter – To agree the publication of the summer newsletter to include updates from the four working groups.

 

14. Effective Parish Council – To consider the paper submitted by Councillor Scrimgeour.

 

15. To raise matters for the next meeting on 19^th July 2022.
